I can’t find my ticket or confirmation email — what should I do?

If you’re missing your ticket, here are some steps to locate it:


🔍 Step 1: Check Your Account

  • Log in at ticketgateway.com

  • Go to "My Tickets"

  • Look for your event and download the ticket from there


📬 Step 2: Check Your Email Folders

  • Search your inbox for “TicketGateway”

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders

  • Look for an email with a PDF attachment


📨 Still can’t find it?

Contact support at support@ticketgateway.com with the following details:

  • Alternate email you may have used

  • Date of purchase

  • Amount charged

  • Last 4 digits of the card used
