How do I change the name on my ticket?

Changing the name on a ticket is a simple way to update the attendee name for your records — but please note, the name on the ticket does not affect check-in at most events.

✏️ To change the name on your ticket:

1. Log in to your TicketGateway account

2. Open the dropdown menu (top right) → "My Tickets"

3. Click the "Transfer / Rename" button

4. Choose the ticket(s) you want to rename

5. Select "Change Name on Tickets"

6. Enter the new first and last name

7. Click "Submit"

This change is saved to your ticket for reference — but venues typically scan barcodes, not names.
