What tickets are valid for entry?

To be admitted to an event, you must present a valid TicketGateway ticket. Valid tickets include:

• A scannable barcode

• A unique Order ID

• The correct event name, date, and time

❌ The following are not valid for entry:

• Screenshots of confirmation pages

• Order confirmation emails without barcodes

• Bank statements or receipts
