You can issue a refund in one of two ways, depending on your event’s status and how the order was processed:
🟦 Option 1: Refund Through Your TicketGateway Dashboard
Log in at ticketgateway.com
Go to "My Store" and locate your event
Click "Manage" > "Orders"
Find the order you want to refund and click "Refund"
Choose a full or partial refund and confirm your action
Refunds are allowed up to 1 day after your event ends. After that, your event payout may already be in progress.
🟦 Option 2: Contact TicketGateway Support for Escalated Requests If the refund involves a chargeback, was denied by the system, or is outside the refund period:
Email 📩 ticketservice@ticketgateway.com with the order number and a brief explanation
Our support team will review and respond if the case qualifies for intervention
⏱️ How Long Do Refunds Take? Refunds usually take up to 5 to 10 business days to appear on the attendee’s credit card or bank statement. This may vary depending on their bank.
