Refund policies vary by event and are set by each individual organizer. These terms are clearly stated before purchase and must be agreed to during checkout.
“No refund at any time”
➤ The sale is final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including cancellations.
Refund within 7 days of purchase
➤ You can request a refund within 7 days from the time of purchase directly from your account.
Refund up to 3 days before the event
➤ You may be able to request a refund even after the 7-day window, as long as you’re more than 3 days from the event. These refunds must be requested by contacting the organizer.
Cancelled: Most organizers are required to issue a refund
Postponed: The organizer must provide a new date. If no date is shared within a reasonable timeframe, you can request a refund
⚠️ Please note: Service fees and admin fees are non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
