Why am I seeing multiple transactions from TicketGateway?

In most cases, what looks like a duplicate charge is actually a temporary authorization that will resolve itself within 1–2 business days.


Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank statement again after 48 hours — often one of the charges will disappear.

  2. If the duplicate charge remains, contact support@ticketgateway.com

    • We’ll review your purchase history

    • If a true duplicate occurred, we’ll reverse the extra charge

Most banks automatically release the hold after verifying the final purchase total.
