We encourage all organizers to keep their listings updated in real time. If your event is cancelled or rescheduled:

  • You’ll be notified by email

  • Your ticket page will be updated

  • You may be eligible for a refund (depending on the policy)


If you suspect your event is cancelled but haven’t received confirmation:

  • Check the event page for updates

  • Contact the organizer directly

  • Reach out to support@ticketgateway.com and we’ll investigate
