How do I contact the event organizer? (i.e. For event questions, refund requests, cancellation)

You can message the organizer directly from your TicketGateway account.

✉️ To contact an organizer:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to your event page or ticket listing

3. Click the "Contact Organizer" button

   • This is usually located at the bottom-right of the event page

Your message will go straight to the event promoter’s inbox. For ticket issues or refunds, contacting them directly is the fastest way to resolve it.
