Ticket transfers allow you to send your ticket to someone else by email. This is useful if you can no longer attend.
Log in to your TicketGateway account
Go to "My Tickets"
Click the "Transfer / Rename" button
Choose the ticket(s) to transfer
Select "Transfer Ticket"
Enter the recipient’s email address
Confirm and submit
The recipient will receive the ticket via email, and your access to it will be revoked.
Note: Once a ticket is transferred, you will no longer be able to download or use it yourself.
