Can I cancel my installments or get a refund partway through?

If your ticket is marked "No refund at any time", the installment plan cannot be cancelled. All payments must be completed to access your ticket.

We recommend:

• Contacting the event organizer directly to ask if they can offer a refund

• Reviewing the refund policy listed at checkout before completing future purchases

TicketGateway does not have the ability to override an event’s refund rules.
