If an installment charge fails, the system will automatically retry the payment up to three times.
If all attempts fail:
You must log in and pay the remaining balance manually
Tickets will be unavailable until all payments are made
Log in to your account
Go to "My Tickets" → "Remaining"
Click on the failed installment (e.g. “Pay 3rd Installment”)
Complete payment with a valid credit card
