Can I update my credit card or payment method? What if Im on an installment plan?

TicketGateway does not store your credit card for one-time purchases. For each purchase you make on the website, you select which credit card to use.

However, if you’re on an installment plan, you can update your payment method anytime:


  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click the dropdown → "My Tickets"

  3. Find your installment order and click "Remaining" (in red)

  4. Select "Update Payment Method"

  5. Enter your new card details and save

Once all payments are complete, you’ll be able to download or transfer your ticket.
